The following information can be found on your Eastlink monthly statement. We will use this to verify your identity.

To validate your Eastlink account number, please provide your billing address as it appears on your Eastlink monthly statement.

Change Stream Password

You can easily and securely change your Eastlink Stream password. Just enter what you would like your new password to be, confirm it, and click Change Password.

Password Guidelines:

  • Be at least eight characters
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one capital letter
  • Contain at least one symbol

Reset Stream Parental PIN

If you have forgotten your Parental PIN you can reset it by simply clicking Reset Parental PIN. Your new PIN will be displayed for you.
